Return & Refund Policy
Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, log in to your account → Order History → select the item and submit a request. Once approved, ship your item and DM us your tracking number on Facebook or Instagram.
Approved returns are refunded as Store Credit. If you do not wish to make a future purchase, you may withdraw your Store Credit via our Store Credit Withdrawal Form. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts are generally free of charge, though your bank may occasionally apply its own fee. Withdrawals to Singapore bank accounts are processed as international bank transfers; the receiving/remitting bank may deduct a transfer fee from the amount received. As this fee is determined by the bank and not by Poly Lulu, the exact amount cannot be predetermined.
